By working with me you will easily take CONTROL of your Health and Life. I will help you make simple changes that work with your commitments to your family, business and having a full life. I’ll share my nutritional knowledge alongside my love of good food and my experience of working with clients just like you.

HOW IT WORKS:
STEP 1 – ANALYSIS
- 1 x 90 minute Initial Consultation (Skype or In-Person) – We’ll discuss your goals and health concerns, your health history and your business and home lifestyle. This in-depth individual analysis, together with the use of extensive evidence based nutritional science, enables me to establish your individual needs and to develop a personalised nutrition and lifestyle programme with the aim of supporting you in achieving your health goals.
STEP 2 – YOUR PERSONALISED PLAN
- 1 x 45 minute consultation (Skype or Phone) to review my proposals and agree a Personalised Health Optimisation Plan that fits in with your lifestyle, budget and your food likes and dislikes (including recommendations for health screening tests and supplements, if required).
STEP 3 – CHECK-IN
- 1 x 45-minute Check-in Call with Aileen to answer any questions, get advice and a motivational boost if you need one.I’d suggest you schedule your 45-minute Check-in Call 1–2 weeks after the start of your Health Optimisation Programme. The aim of the Check-in Call is to support you in the implementation of your programme and to answer any questions you may have. It’s also a little bit about accountability – you’ve invested time and money in investigating your health and I really want to support you in getting started.
STEP 4 – PROGRESS REVIEW
- 4 x 45 minute follow-up consultations (Skype or Phone) to review progress and agree next actions. I will review your health situation, any test results and your goals. Together we will adjust your Health Optimisation Plan in line with your personal requirements. We will also discuss your requirements for further consultations.
- 4 x 30 minute coaching support calls (Skype or Phone) to help you implement actions, overcome barriers and keep on track
PLUS ADDITIONAL SUPPORT:
- Tanita Body Composition Analysis (at initial in-person session).
- Weekly Accountability Forms (as required) and personal email feedback from Aileen.
- Weekly Food Diary Review (as required).
- ELEVEN PERSONAL CONTACT POINTS with Aileen.
- Supplement and test advice – It may be necessary to recommend functional laboratory tests and supplements, these will be at an additional cost.
- All to be scheduled over a 13-16 -week period.
